Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ACE Institute, we strive to ensure our students have a rewarding experience while learning and improving their communication skills. Below is our policy regarding refunds and cancellations for our courses and workshops.

1. Course Enrollment Fees

Once a student enrolls in a course and the batch has commenced, the enrollment fee is generally non-refundable. This is because our batches have limited seats, and each enrollment is vital for the scheduling and resources of the Institute.

2. Cancellation Prior to Course Commencement

If you wish to cancel your enrollment before the batch starts, the following conditions apply:

  • 7 Days or more before start: Full refund minus a small administrative processing fee (if applicable).
  • Less than 7 Days before start: 50% refund of the paid amount may be granted at the discretion of the management.

3. Demo Classes

We highly recommend attending our demo classes before making a full payment. Once a student has attended the demo class(es) and proceeded to pay the course fee, it is understood that they are satisfied with the teaching methodology, and no refund requests will be entertained thereafter.

4. Batch Cancellation by ACE Institute

In the rare event that ACE Institute cancels a scheduled batch or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered a full refund of the amount paid or the option to transfer to the next available batch.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days and will be credited back to the original payment method used during enrollment. For any queries regarding refunds, please contact us at info@aceverse.in.
